About Elcare:

Elcare Nordic offers a unique Nordic concept for service and repairs. Our three large central workshops combined with an extensive transport and logistics setup serve the four Nordic countries with short repair times and a wide range of services. In addition to being a service partner for manufacturers and retailers, we also offer our services to consumers in the private market.

History

InfoCare was founded in 1986 in Kristiansand, Norway, and in 2015 the workshop division was spun off into its own subsidiary, InfoCare Workshop. In the autumn of 2015, the workshop operations were sold to Elkjøp Nordic, which is now the new owner of 100% of the shares. In the autumn of 2020, the company names of the companies in InfoCare Workshop and the group were changed to Elcare Nordic.

Why Elcare Nordic

Elcare Nordic is an independent Nordic service partner that offers a wide range of services and repairs for various types of electronic products. Our workshops focus on delivering high quality and good customer service. We are authorized to handle and repair IT and electronic products from most suppliers and hold ISO certifications 9001 and 14001.

Manufacturers and Retailers

Elcare Nordic is a service partner for both manufacturers and retailers and is authorized to repair the most common electronic products. We perform both warranty service and repairs outside of warranty on PCs, tablets, printers, mobile phones, TVs, audio/video, etc.

End Users and Private Individuals

Elcare Nordic also offers its services to the private and consumer market. Our customers can register and follow up on their assignments via our website. Several of our partners refer their customers directly to Elcare Nordic and our website in connection with warranty service.

Your Role

The tasks consist of troubleshooting via phone and/or email in close contact with customers and the workshop.

Development and follow-up work of new products and customers for Elcare.

You will be part of a team of four people working to coordinate service at the customer's home.

The position is located in Linköping.

Experience

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have good experience in technical support for appliances.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with technical troubleshooting, as an appliance technician or in another type of job where fault localization and repair are involved.

You have good knowledge of the Office suite and are a proficient computer user where different systems are used simultaneously. You are comfortable writing and speaking both Swedish and English.
