We at Lut o Kraft are now looking for a mechanic for Skärblacka mill
As a mechanic with us, you will work closely with colleagues in maintenance and operations to ensure high availability, quality, and reliability in our sulfate factory department SUSL. You will be part of a close-knit team of six mechanics. The tasks are varied, and your role as a mechanic is to independently and/or in a group perform service and repair work through ongoing supervision and quick responses to unforeseen stoppages, breakdowns, and planned maintenance.
As a mechanic, you will:
- Plan, execute, and report maintenance activities
- Work with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting
- Participate in planning various interventions during maintenance shutdowns
- Carry out repairs and assembly of components
- Assist in assessing spare parts needs
- Perform repairs, sheet metal work, assembly of components, and similar tasks
- Repair welding

Qualifications
To succeed in the role of mechanic, we believe you have:
- High school education in industry or workshop, or equivalent education
- Driver's license B
It is advantageous if you have:
- License/certificate in any of the following: hot work, overhead crane, forklift, safe lifting, mobile work platforms
- Experience as a mechanic in the process or manufacturing industry
- Experience with heavy lifting
- Experience working in a computerized maintenance system, such as IFS
- Experience in welding methods MIG/MAG, MMA, and/or TIG
Personal qualities

We also believe that you are flexible and service-oriented as the work is varied and sometimes requires quick responses to unforeseen stoppages. Since you often work in teams, we believe you possess good collaboration skills. Having a strong safety mindset is a given!
