We are the small company north of Motala, selling construction machinery all over Sweden. Located in Nykyrka, as the name suggests, we employ about 10 colleagues handling everything around our machines and sales.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in service and support for machines.

As a Service Advisor with us, you will be the company's face after a purchase.

You will greet our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide advice and guidance. A significant part of your job is to always make the customer feel welcome and ensure they leave with a positive experience after their contact with us.

Your main responsibilities include answering questions about our machines via phone and email, receiving orders for spare parts and machines, and placing our orders for spare parts from our suppliers. You will also assess warranties and process customer complaints.

To fit into the role, you have broad knowledge of machines and previous experience in mechanical skills. You know at least the basics, but preferably more about engines, hydraulics, and 12/24 volt electrical systems. Regardless of whether your knowledge comes from a deep interest, agriculture, school, or previous jobs, it is the foundation for succeeding in this position.

As a person, you are social and pleasant and enjoy talking to people. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and you are solution-oriented and structured. You have basic computer skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.
