We are now looking for staff who want to help take care of our customers' residential gardens during the 2025 season, starting in early April.

What will you do?

You will primarily work with external property maintenance for our customers and become part of a team that manages daily operations. Your tasks will mainly include gardening, such as weeding, hedge trimming, and lawn mowing. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work. Regardless of the weather, you will work outdoors, and you will be physically active all day long.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently.

We consider it a great advantage if you have an education focused on green space maintenance and/or property maintenance or equivalent relevant work experience.

Since computers are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, you need to have computer skills and be able to handle a computer in your job. You also need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a full-time employment that runs from April to October, with the possibility of extension. The location is in Norrköping, but work in other areas within the market area may occur.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
