About the position

We are looking for employees for our departments Bench and Polishing. Here you will have a varied workday with both precision, creativity, and problem-solving.

Your main tasks:

• Grind, polish, bend, and file surgical instruments – by hand
• Work according to production plans and instructions.
• Report deviations and participate in improvement work

We believe you are:

• Handy, dexterous, and have an eye for detail
• Creative and enjoy creating with your hands
• Patient and driven by a genuine desire to learn, even when the process requires time and precision.
• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• A team player who thrives in a team where everyone helps each other

No specific education is required – we provide internal training. Experience from production, tool manufacturing, grinding, or reading drawings is an advantage, as is experience from quality-certified operations.

Swedish is required in both spoken and written form. English is seen as an advantage as we are an international company.
