About the position:

In this role as a CNC operator, you will work with modern multi-axis machines and lathes to manufacture high-quality components according to drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing three machines at the same time – a 5-axis Hermle multi-axis machine, a 3-axis Mori Seiki multi-axis machine, and a CNC-controlled Viktor lathe – as well as checking and documenting the quality of the products.

The position involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient and safe workflow. It is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and contribute directly to the company's production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor three machines simultaneously:

  • 5-axis Hermle multi-axis machine

  • 3-axis Mori Seiki multi-axis machine

  • CNC-controlled Viktor lathe

• Ensure components are manufactured according to drawings and specifications.

• Perform measurements and quality checks, and document results.

• Optimize machine settings for efficient production and high quality.

• Perform tool changes, adjustments, and simple programming modifications.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient production flow.

• Contribute to continuous improvements of processes and work methods.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Several years of experience as a CNC operator, preferably with a focus on turning.

• Very good skills in turning and multi-axis machines.

• Experience working with 5-axis and 3-axis multi-axis machines as well as CNC lathes.

• Ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.

• Good understanding of reading drawings, measurement techniques, and quality control.

• Ability to set up, adjust, and optimize machines for efficient production.

• Independent, meticulous, and structured with a strong focus on quality and safety.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates well with colleagues in production.

Working hours: Two shifts.

Scope: Full-time.

Salary: According to collective agreement.

Start: Immediately, considering any notice period.

Other: You will be employed by us and work at our client, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the hiring period.
