Your Responsibilities

As a wet painter, you will work with the painting and surface treatment of industrial components, steel structures, and other metal products of varying sizes. The role involves responsibility for the entire process – from preparatory work to the finished surface finish – with a focus on quality, precision, and safety. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure that products meet high demands for quality and delivery precision. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Wet painting of industrial parts, steel structures, and metal components • Preparation work such as sanding, filling, cleaning, degreasing, and masking • Priming and application of paint according to current specifications • Quality control of surface finish, color, and coating thickness • Handling and maintenance of painting equipment and color materials • Inspection and finishing of painted products • Forklift and overhead crane operation when required • Contributing to order, safety, and efficiency in production

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience and are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an eye for detail. You thrive with practical work and take great responsibility for ensuring the work is carried out according to set quality requirements. As a person, you are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner, follow instructions, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications: • Experience with wet painting in industrial production or similar operations • Good knowledge of preparation work such as sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming • Experience working with different types of paint and coating systems • Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality requirements • Experience with quality control and assessment of surface finish is an advantage • Forklift and overhead crane certificates are an advantage • Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written • Driver’s license category B is an advantage We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for you who have a strong commitment, high work ethic, and a desire to deliver high-quality work.
