About the role

Our client is a well-known and established food company in Strängnäs that produces flour and flour products for the Swedish market. You will work in a modern mill facility where you monitor and control production processes to ensure that quality and flow meet the highest standards.

This is a practical, technical, and independent job in a monotonous but important production environment. You must enjoy working alone for periods and be comfortable moving around the facility – including at heights. Therefore, fear of heights is not compatible with the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes via control systems and computers
• Adjust machine parameters and ensure quality requirements are met
• Perform daily checks, cleaning, and hygiene routines
• Document and report deviations
• Participate in improvement work in production
• Work independently and responsibly in the facility

Conditions

• Employment type: Staffing via Simplex
• Location: Strängnäs
• Working hours: Full-time, 5-shift system – varying times day, evening, night
• Salary according to GFL - 184 SEK/h + shift supplements
• Start: Immediately

We are looking for you who

• Are technically minded and have good computer skills
• Enjoy independent and monotonous work
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-focused
• Are comfortable working at heights – fear of heights is not compatible with the role
• Follow routines and instructions meticulously
• Communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Merits

• Experience from process or production work, preferably within the food industry
• Forklift license or wheel loader license
