Montico in Katrineholm is now looking for industrial workers with a construction background. The client manufactures prefabricated concrete elements, and tasks such as reinforcement and casting are included. Shift work is part of the role.

The position is initially a six-month rental assignment. For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities to transition into a direct employment contract with the client afterwards.

Job Description

The responsibilities include reading drawings, reinforcement, and casting of prefabricated concrete elements. Driving forklifts and overhead cranes is included.

We are looking for you who

A high school education from the Construction and Infrastructure program or a corresponding practical high school program is desirable, but on-the-job training in the profession will also be provided.

We are looking for someone who is generally handy, can handle a standing job involving heavy lifting and requires good mobility. The most important qualities are good work ethic, willingness, and interest in working and learning. Since you will be part of a work team, we expect you to contribute to a positive atmosphere and enjoy working in a team.

You must be able to read and work from drawings, and have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to understand safety instructions both verbally and in writing.
