At PNM PRO, we are expanding our team and are looking for someone with broad workshop technical skills. We offer a modern machine park and a work environment where quality and professional pride are at the center.

We are looking for an operator who can handle both turning and milling. The role requires a high degree of independence where you are expected to manage your work shifts all the way from reading drawings to finished details.

Your main responsibilities:

• Programming, setup, and operation in both turning and milling.

• Independent reading of drawings and material selection.

• Quality control and measurement to ensure we meet our high standards.

• Daily maintenance of machines and tools.

We are looking for someone who is a problem solver at heart. You have likely worked in the industry for a few years and feel confident making your own decisions in production.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in both CNC turning and CNC milling.

• Good familiarity with the control systems Fanuc and Haas.

• Ability to work completely independently based on technical drawings.

• An eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Extent: Full-time

• Working hours: Two-shift.

• Location: Our workshop in Torshälla.
