Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for production workers for a prefab factory in Strängnäs specializing in the manufacturing of concrete elements.

In the factory, we produce walls, solid slabs, and hollow core slabs for construction projects across the country. The work is varied and includes tasks such as formwork construction, reinforcement, casting, vibrating, finishing, and de-molding. You will work from drawings and be involved in the entire process from preparation to finished product.

As a production worker, you are an important part of the team. The work is done both independently and together with colleagues. We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has the ability to see what needs to be done. Here, initiative, quality thinking, and good collaboration are valued.

• Has good physical fitness and enjoys practical work

• Has good knowledge of Swedish

• Preferably has experience in prefab production, concrete work, or the construction industry

• Has drawing reading skills (meritorious)

• Is positive, structured, and contributes to a good working environment

• Full-time work on weekdays, daytime
