Rösängs Lantbruk AB is looking for a feed operator to join our team in Ålberga – a meticulous, positive, and driven person who wants to help produce feed for our chickens.

About the company: Rösängs Lantbruk AB is a modern agricultural company located on the outskirts of Nyköping with 20 employees. Our operations include chicken production, feed production, crop cultivation, and forestry. The farm houses approximately 600,000 chickens and we produce around 15,000 tons of feed per year – mainly based on raw materials from our own fields.

About the position: As a feed operator, you will be part of a small team of two people responsible for the entire feed production for the farm's animals. The work is practical and varied, where you will be filling raw materials, monitoring machines, ensuring production flows smoothly, and performing basic maintenance. It is a physical and somewhat dusty job, typical of an agricultural environment. You need to enjoy manual tasks and be comfortable in a daily routine where you work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Shared responsibility for the farm's alarms – able to respond on short notice when needed

• Filling raw materials into the feed facility

• Monitoring and operating feed production

• Maintenance of machines and equipment

• Collaboration with colleagues in feed, crop cultivation, and chicken production

• Quality control and documentation of feed production

Requirements:

• Available on short notice to handle alarms

• Driver's license (B)

• Comfortable working in an agricultural environment (dusty, noisy, heavy tasks)

• Good knowledge of Swedish

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in feed production or machine operation

• CE driver's license

• Experience in agriculture or animal production

• Has the ability to work independently and take responsibility for production

• Is willing to relocate to the area – accommodation is available on the farm

Other: The position is full-time and permanent with a probationary period.

Location: Rösäng, Ålberga (about 20 minutes from Nyköping). Accommodation is available on the farm for the right person.

Salary according to agreement. Start date is negotiable.
