Do you have an eye for detail and thrive in a role where your contribution makes a real difference? At Solö, we are expanding and now need to strengthen our production with an engaged colleague who wants to master our press brakes.

As an operator with us, you will step into a modern environment where we work with two high-quality Trumpf machines (130 tons). Your focus will be on bending details in varying series sizes and materials.

We are seeing an increased demand and now need to double our capacity at the press brakes. As our new colleague, you will become a central part of our flow and have the opportunity to take significant responsibility for one of our machines. We will, of course, provide thorough on-site training so that you can get comfortable, but the goal is for you to quickly take responsibility and operate your machine with confidence.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine drive and enjoys the workshop environment. To be successful in this role, we see that:

• You have experience in press brake operation. If you have previously worked with Trumpf machines, that is a big plus.

• You are comfortable reading and interpreting drawings.

• You are meticulous and take pride in delivering high quality.

• You are a humble team player who enjoys reaching our goals together.
