The Role of Site Manager The role of site manager is varied, giving you the opportunity to take on significant responsibility. Each project is a team effort, making teamwork an essential part of a successful project.

Your role is to be an engaged and motivated part of the workgroup, and your approach contributes to participation both among those you lead and the rest of the workgroup. Key characteristics of the workplace include safety, structure, order, and a focus on a good working environment. In collaboration with the site manager, you plan and lead the projects forward, follow up on timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that everything is executed effectively. You actively work with the project's technical solutions, lead and distribute ongoing tasks to skilled workers and subcontractors, while also being responsible for the project's finances.

You participate in the development of timelines, check your own activities, and perform work preparations together with your colleagues in the team. By ensuring compliance with safety regulations in production, you support the site manager in maintaining a safe working environment at our sites.

Your Profile To be successful in this role, you need to have a technical education in construction and/or equivalent work experience, ideally with several years of relevant experience. Experience with both small and larger earthworks projects is also a plus.

Additional Information This position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Salary and benefits will be discussed with the construction administrator and then directly with the company's management.
