About the Workplace

Our various workplaces/clients are located throughout Skåne. Working hours will vary at all hours of the day and all days of the week. This may involve on-call time or awake night shifts.

Both solo work and double staffing may occur, but solo work is the most common.

Introduction is provided by regular assistants for each client.

The Client

Our clients have different needs for assistance, interests, and family situations. We have clients with congenital disabilities or those who have acquired an injury later in life, adults as well as children. We match incoming applications based on our understanding of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks involved vary according to the clients' needs for assistance, interests, and daily situations. It is common for assistance with personal hygiene to be required.

For work with children, you need to present a background check for working with children with disabilities under LSS.
