We are looking for several personal assistants – become a part of our daily life!

We are searching for several dedicated assistants for a 33-year-old man with intellectual disabilities. He lives in his own apartment and has his own car, and we want to find someone who can contribute with security, joy, and structure in his daily life.

About the position:

We offer temporary positions, summer jobs, and permanent roles, with the opportunity to create variation and meaningful moments together.

Working hours: Weekdays: 15:30–08:30 and 15:30–21:00, when the member attends daily activities.

Weekends: 08:30–08:30 and 10:00–21:00.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and stress-resistant
• Has a warm and empathetic approach
• Is organized and structured
• Has experience with autism and low-arousal responses
• Is familiar with visual schedules and visual support
• Has a driver's license (manual transmission)

About the daily life:

The daily routine includes activities such as walks, trips to water, picnics, and barbecues, looking at picture books, photography, watching movies, and listening to music. If you share an interest in these moments, the work will be both fun and meaningful!

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, and you will have the opportunity to create security, joy, and community – every day.
