About the job

Position: Temporary position of 26 hours. The temporary position is expected to last until 2025-08-31.

Start date: 2025-03-01 or by agreement

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Uppsala Gränby! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• Once you have worked for a while, you will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
