The Assignment

Sanandum is now seeking several licensed nurses for summer assignments within Sala Municipality's healthcare services. The assignments are distributed across several facilities and are suitable for both those who prefer more stationary work and those who enjoy variety.

Needs include:

• 2 nurses for HSV
• 1 nurse for LSS
• 1 nurse for short-term care
• 3 nurses for pool operations
• 2 nurses for on-call

The work may occur around the clock, with shifts during the day, evening, and night on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Sala is a charming small town in Västmanland with proximity to both nature and city life – a popular summer destination with good transport links.

Areas of Operation

The nursing positions pertain to assignments within the municipality's healthcare services for, among others:

• Individuals in special housing for the elderly
• Individuals with disabilities in housing according to LSS and within social psychiatry
• Individuals in regular housing needing healthcare at home, day, evening, and night
• Individuals in day activities
• Individuals in short-term care
• Individuals in psychiatry

Your Responsibilities

• General and specific nursing care
• Medical assessments, treatment responsibility, and follow-up of prescribed interventions
• Participating in and following established care plans and goal plans
• Guidance and advice to nursing staff
• Reporting, handling, and following up on deviations
• Electronic documentation in operational systems, including the establishment of care plans
• Participation in investigations according to Lex Maria and Lex Sarah

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Good competence and experience working with the relevant target group within municipal care
• Ability to work independently, flexibly, and responsibly
• Prepared to perform all standard nursing tasks required by the assignment

Working Hours

Day, evening, and night – weekdays, weekends, and public holidays according to the needs of the operation.
