CREATE MOSSBY MAGIC WITH US Welcome to Mossbylund – where the sea meets the fields, everyday life turns into experiences, and every guest feels at home. We are now looking for an engaged and service-minded restaurant manager for Bongska Huset.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES As part of our serving team, you play an important role in the overall experience for our guests. For us, service is not just about the restaurant; we collectively take responsibility for our small hotel and ensure that the environment is welcoming, pleasant, and well-maintained.

As the restaurant manager, you will take on greater responsibility for our restaurant, where you have the ability to oversee and plan based on staffing and needs.

You will work with lunch and dinner service, both weekdays and weekends, providing our guests with personal and professional top-class service. The role may also include other tasks at the hotel, such as ensuring order, quality, and guest satisfaction in our common areas.

To thrive in this role, we hope you: - have at least 3 years of experience in serving, preferably from à la carte

- can communicate in Swedish and/or English

- are flexible and have the ability to adapt to different paces

- have a driver's license and access to a car or other vehicle
