The Health and Care Administration is responsible for the municipality's elderly and disability care, home health care, and nutrition unit. The administration has over 1,000 employees. The largest group of employees consists of care personnel such as nursing assistants, personal assistants, nurses, and chefs. However, there are also many other professions within our organization. Job Responsibilities

You will work based on the goals of the Health and Care Administration, where the care recipient is the focus. You will assist with personal care such as hygiene, dressing, and showering, as well as provide support/help during meal situations. You are responsible for practical tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and laundry. You will perform health and medical tasks according to delegation and maintain contact with relatives and other caregivers. As a nursing assistant, you will also work as a designated care contact, which means extra responsibility for a number of care recipients.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Medication delegation
• Familiarity with using mobile phones and computers
