We are now looking for a tire fitter with solid knowledge and experience in tires and rims for heavy traffic, primarily for the LV/EM side, to our tire workshop in Hedemora! Mili Däck & Service AB is a tire workshop that works with both heavy and light vehicles. We are part of the Citira group, which in Sweden includes several subsidiaries in tire service and retreading. We offer sustainable solutions for tire management.

The position is full-time with an immediate start and a 6-month probationary period.

You will work with the assembly, repair, and maintenance of tires on trucks and other heavy vehicles such as buses, construction machinery, and agricultural vehicles. Fieldwork with a service vehicle is also included.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly, changing, repair, and maintenance of tires on heavy vehicles, such as trucks, buses, construction, agriculture, etc.
• Perform fieldwork with a service vehicle.
• Advise customers on tire choices that suit their needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a tire fitter and familiarity with driving a service vehicle, as well as a deep understanding of different tire types and their specifications. Experience with LV/EM is highly meritorious, and you should have previously worked with mounting and changing wheels on heavier vehicles such as trucks, buses, construction, agriculture, etc.
• A passion for vehicles is essential!
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility. Positive attitude and interest in service.
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoys working at a fast pace.
• Experienced in customer contact and has a high service sense.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• B / BE driving license is a requirement.

As there is a lot of unloading of EM/LV tires from trucks and internal transport between the workshop and cold storage, a forklift license is advantageous.

We place high demands on you being the right person for this position. Your personality and interest in vehicles will weigh heavier than several years of experience in the industry; however, previous experience in the automotive industry is desirable.
