Job Responsibilities:
At our center, the patient is at the core, and we strive to provide evidence-based care according to current guidelines. We maintain continuous dialogue with patients, relatives, and each other to ensure that care is tailored in the best possible way. As a senior physician with us, you will be offered a varied and stimulating job with excellent opportunities for development and subspecialization. Additionally, you will perform standard medical work involving somatic and psychiatric assessments and treatments. You will participate in patient safety work, treatment conferences, and method development.
A significant part of the work is team-based. We appreciate if you enjoy working together with others for the benefit of both patients and the organization.
If you are interested in learning refined methods within specialized psychiatry, you will develop significantly with us. If you are also knowledgeable about or interested in eating disorders and want to grow in this area, we believe you will thrive excellently with us!
There are opportunities for some remote work.
Qualifications:
You are a specialist physician in adult psychiatry or child and adolescent psychiatry and have an interest and good competence in diagnostics. Experience working with patients with eating disorders is an advantage but not a requirement – we have a strong educational organization and many experienced specialists. Experience with the Take Care journal system is an advantage.
Personal Characteristics:
You have excellent collaboration skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are interested in the patients' journey and are engaged, responsible, attentive, and unpretentious. You have an interest in development issues and actively contribute to the organization's development and are communicative and clear in both speech and writing.
The job responsibilities require independence, a holistic perspective, and a structured approach. We place great importance on personal suitability and good collaboration skills.
Employment Type:
Permanent position. Full-time, 40 hours/week. On-call and standby duty are included in the position.
Training & Learning Opportunities:
We see regular continuing education as essential both to maintain and develop your own competence, and you will have excellent opportunities for that with us.
Our Benefits:
SLSO creates good conditions for you as an employee to develop and excel in your profession. As an employee, you have benefits such as free healthcare up to the high-cost protection limit, additional compensation during parental leave, pension agreements, and insurance. We also apply flexible working hours, wellness hours, and 5000 SEK in wellness grants per calendar year.
