The assignment

Sanandum is looking for three licensed nurses for assignments within Hedemora municipality's Health and Medical Care and Rehabilitation Unit. The assignment is varied and includes work within several municipal operations, which suits you who thrive on breadth, responsibility, and variety in your professional role.

You will work within Special Housing for the Elderly (SÄBO), LSS, municipal health and medical care (HSV) as well as social psychiatry, in close collaboration with other professionals to ensure safe and good care for the municipality's residents.

Hedemora is the oldest town in Dalarna and offers a pleasant small-town feel with proximity to both nature and good communications.

Your tasks

• Standard nursing tasks within municipal health and medical care
• 
  
• Medical assessments, nursing, and follow-up of patients
• 
  
• Medication management and documentation according to current guidelines
• 
  
• Collaboration with rehabilitation staff, care staff, doctors, and other professional groups
• 
  
• Work within several areas of operation such as SÄBO, LSS, and social psychiatry

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• 
  
• Experience in municipal care is an advantage
• 
  
• Confident in your professional role and used to working independently
• 
  
• Good collaboration skills and flexibility

Working hours

Work according to the needs of the operation. Employment rate 80–100 %.
