The Assignment

Sanandum is now looking for an experienced and independent district nurse for an assignment in home healthcare in Sveg, Härjedalen. The assignment is full-time and scheduled for daytime Monday–Friday.

You will be responsible for your own home healthcare area, with colleagues responsible for other assigned areas. The work is independent and requires a good ability to make your own decisions, while you work closely with several professional categories.

Sveg is located in the heart of Härjedalen and offers magnificent nature, a calm environment, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities – perfect for those who appreciate mountains, forests, and a nature-close work life.

Your Responsibilities

Home healthcare with nursing and medical responsibility for your own area
Independent work with your own assessments and decisions
Collaboration with rehabilitation, health center, and home care
Regular team meetings with home care and unit manager
Contact and collaboration with relatives
Cooperation with regional teams such as Storsjögläntan, ASIH team from Östersund Hospital, and the MINT team
Planning, follow-up, and documentation according to current routines

The catchment area is large and longer travels to patients occur. The nearest hospital is Östersund Hospital, about 180 km from Sveg.
