JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for substitutes who want to work in nursing and care homes for our elderly. The homes are located both centrally in Klippan as well as in Ljungbyhed and Östra Ljungby.

In our homes, you will help our elderly clients with somatic and/or cognitive difficulties to have a good everyday life. You provide support and assistance based on the clients' individual needs, such as personal care, transfers, administering medications, meals, as well as cleaning and laundry. We offer you a varied and stimulating job where your contribution is of great importance and makes a difference every day.

You will meet several different clients with varying needs for assistance, which will challenge you while you will also develop. You need to be secure in your professional role to be able to adapt based on the clients' individual needs for support and care.

Your working hours will vary over days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends. Working every other weekend is the norm in the municipality. Awake night shifts occur in some positions.

Interviews and notifications for summer temporary positions will be ongoing, and we would like you to start working on an hourly basis already now to continue with longer summer temporary positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• It is advantageous if you have relevant education as a nursing assistant and/or previous experience in healthcare and social care.
• We are looking for someone with a genuine interest and knowledge in meeting people and helping them in their daily lives.
• You have knowledge of personal care and can provide good and safe healthcare based on the various care needs of the individual.
• You have good language skills in Swedish, which includes the ability to understand, speak, read, and write the Swedish used in healthcare. We have documentation obligations and work in various digital systems.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• As the workplaces are spread throughout the municipality, it is advantageous if you have a driver's license (B).
