As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of various ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to helping a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the world's most important job.

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and be understood in Swedish both verbally and in writing. (requirement)

• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.

• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Summer temporary position (with possible opportunity for employment in the spring).

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026 (with possible opportunity for employment in the spring).

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

At a potential interview, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit. (e.g., passport, personal certificate, residence permit card)
