The Role of ST Physician

We are looking for an ST physician in general medicine. The position is a permanent employment at 100% with a start date according to agreement.

For those who will do basic training (BT) at the beginning of their ST, a temporary employment may initially be relevant with the goal of transitioning to a permanent position. If you have completed your AT, we can offer you a permanent position as ST.

Your Future Workplace

We are looking for ST physicians in general medicine for Bra Liv Vetlanda Health Center. Here, 6 specialists in general medicine, 1 geriatrician, 3 ST physicians, 2 AT physicians, and students work together. We offer you a varied and stimulating job at the district medical clinic. As an ST physician, you will be employed permanently with a start date according to agreement. The degree of employment can be discussed according to your wishes.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level)
• Has a driver's license
• Can work independently but also together with various professional groups
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good communication
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us
• Can absorb new knowledge and serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment

As an ST physician, your ST planning will be done in collaboration between you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. With us, you will receive continuous guidance from experienced district physicians. ST physicians in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program.
