The Role of Specialist Nurse

• Anesthesia: Working as an anesthetic nurse involves an exciting combination of anesthesiology care and advanced technology, where we strive to put the patient at the center. You are at the heart of the action, being an important part of the surgical team with various professions working together for the patient's best. It is essential to be flexible in both thought and action, thus being able to make quick decisions. Your tasks include pre- and perioperative care.
• Surgery: As a surgical nurse with us, you are a central part of the surgical team, where different professions collaborate closely to provide the best possible care. You will work in a newly built surgical department with 10 spacious operating rooms that provide a modern and safe working environment.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a nurse with specialist training in surgery or anesthesia. You need to be independent and have a strong ability to structure and plan your work. You are stable, have good judgment, and are good at collaborating. Here, you need to be flexible and ready to make quick decisions – a routine operation can quickly become an emergency situation where your calmness and competence make a difference. Previous experience from similar operations is desirable, and we place great importance on personal suitability.
