Habo is growing, and so are we! Bra Liv Habo Health Center is part of the primary care group Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv and provides primary care at 33 health centers within Region Jönköping. Bra Liv Habo is the region's only HBTQI-certified health center, and primary care in Region Jönköping has been ranked as Sweden's best primary care for the fourth consecutive year. We are proud of that!

The Role of Nurse/District Nurse

We at Bra Liv Habo Health Center are now looking for a nurse/district nurse. The position is permanent and full-time, 40 hours/week. The position includes some evening and weekend shifts at the Emergency Care Unit. Experience in primary care and with Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv is particularly valued.

As a person, you should be able to work independently and with different professions. A varied job in a fast-paced environment, with diverse and routine tasks at the health center, where you receive scheduled and unscheduled doctor visits, provide advice to our registered patients via digital services and phone, teleQ. We work in teams together with other nurses, doctors, and healthcare administrators. An experienced district doctor is also available for questions regarding patients on-site and advice remotely.

Together with other health centers in the Jönköping area, we staff the Emergency Care Unit in Jönköping on evenings and weekends.

We collaborate within the group with knowledge exchange, resources, and work together to ensure you can always reach us. Bra Liv Habo has approximately 10,500 registered patients and provides primary care in close collaboration with our nearest healthcare neighbors Habo Municipality, home care, nursing homes, and BVC.
