The Role of the District Doctor

As a district doctor at Bra Liv Norrahammar Health Center, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied with planned and acute patient visits, supervision of training doctors, collaboration with home care, and the possibility to work in the municipality's special accommodations and/or child health care. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to the public with many contact points where your competence is utilized and stimulated. On-call and emergency service at the Urgent Care Center is included in the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proof of specialist competence and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Has experience as a district doctor and can play a central role in our medical team and the operations overall.
• Has experience in supervising training doctors and other professionals at the health center.
• Can work independently and with various professional groups.
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good communication.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us.
• Is open to new knowledge, works according to the latest research, and acts as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment.
