We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our ear, nose, and throat clinic within Region Jönköping County. The Role of the Nursing Assistant

As a nursing assistant at the ear, nose, and throat clinic, you will have a varied and stimulating job where no day is the same. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals. Your tasks primarily include assisting doctors during examinations and outpatient surgeries. The work includes both planned and emergency activities. Administrative tasks are a natural part of the job and are performed in our digital systems.

You contribute to a safe and well-functioning clinic through good instrument handling and keeping treatment rooms in order. As a nursing assistant with us, you will also have your own areas of responsibility as a natural part of the team's collective work. Since the ear, nose, and throat clinic is a county clinic, you will work at all three of our locations (Jönköping, Eksjö, and Värnamo) with a base placement in Jönköping. Travel between hospitals is done during working hours using company cars.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement. You will work daytime on weekdays.

Our staff takes care of patients with diseases and injuries in the ear, nose, and throat area. We offer care with high patient safety and good accessibility at our ear, nose, and throat clinics, audiology clinics, and sleep apnea clinics. We care about our good working environment, and our goal is to provide specialist care with good quality and accessibility.

Your Profile

You are a trained nursing assistant with a few years of work experience, preferably with experience in nursing work within emergency care. If you have experience with the Cosmic journal system, we consider it an advantage. A B driver's license is required.

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and have the ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively. You adapt easily to changing circumstances, enjoy varied tasks, and have a positive attitude towards your work. You are quality-conscious, take initiative, and are responsible for your own tasks as well as for the whole. You are confident in your professional role and have a forward-looking attitude with an interest in development and learning. With us, you will be part of a team, while also being able to work independently. Personal suitability is highly valued.
