What does your workday look like? As a nursing assistant in the short-term department in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that the care recipient has a safe and meaningful existence with a good sense of coherence and positive interactions. You will strive to ensure that care recipients have their self-determination and integrity respected, as well as individually tailored care and nursing. Rehabilitation is a significant part of your daily work and is carried out in a team together with registered nurses and paramedicine.

Qualifications You have:

• proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title
• nursing assistant education through the nursing program
• experience working in elderly care
• experience documenting in operational systems

Who are you?

As a person, you have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You are empathetic and have excellent collaboration skills with experience working in teams. You are open and curious about continued learning and have a holistic view characterized by a salutogenic and professional approach.
