JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for nurse substitutes for the team in Home Care! It is required that you can work both independently and in a team with other professionals. We are looking for substitutes for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

You will work with planned and urgent interventions, assessments within home care both in special and regular housing. Home care involves regular tasks but also advanced home care as well as end-of-life care.

You will work based on a person-centered approach with the individual in focus, where the team with other professionals is important, both internally and externally such as regional primary and inpatient care.

We offer a varied and stimulating job, where no two shifts are alike. You plan your own shifts based on planned and urgent interventions. By working from a person-centered approach, you as a nurse play an active role in creating a safe everyday life for our citizens and providing good and close care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

You are confident in your role and enjoy working both alone and in a team.

We value qualities such as good communication skills and a positive attitude. You are flexible, responsible, and can maintain focus in stressful situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Other specialist training as a nurse, such as district nursing or elderly care, is an advantage.

OTHER

If you are selected for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record. The municipal council has decided that all new hires must present a criminal record extract before employment. The extract to be presented is the one for work within schools or preschools.
