Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a cloakroom manager at O'Learys Västerås are to ensure that the cloakroom operates smoothly during business hours. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out as efficiently as possible while also making it feel safe and organized for our guests. This means constantly focusing on the guests, welcoming and acknowledging each guest, being attentive and helpful, and professionally meeting the guests' requests. Other tasks will include receiving and handing out outerwear in an organized and structured manner, ensuring good order and overview in the cloakroom, and keeping the cloakroom area clean, tidy, and well-organized. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the work in the cloakroom runs smoothly during the evening and collaborating with other nightclub staff to ensure seamless operations.

Is a forward-thinking and positive person who wants to represent our brand. You are flexible, have no problem working under stress, and are meticulous, structured, and good at building positive relationships while enjoying being part of a team. Previous experience in the service industry is a plus but not a requirement. You must be over 18 years old.
