As a site manager, you will be offered a central role in the execution of contracting projects. You will be responsible for quality, economy, planning, and personnel in the projects. The role is part of the production management team for the Hässleholm business area.

You who are applying have at least three years of experience in production management in the construction industry. You have an adequate post-secondary education. We assume that you have solid knowledge and experience in both acquiring and retaining customers as well as in production, planning, and work management. Knowledge of laws and agreements relevant to the industry is a given.

Furthermore, you are good at organizing and planning, customer-oriented, have good leadership qualities, and are good at creating a positive work environment within the team. You are communicative and have an easy time collaborating. We also see that you have a high work ethic and enjoy working with freedom under responsibility.
