About us:
The Habilitation Center Brommaplan for adults is one of our outpatient clinics for adults with congenital or early acquired disabilities.
The units are located in northwestern Stockholm.
The unit at Brommaplan serves individuals living in Bromma, Hässelby, Vällingby, Ekerö, Kungsholmen, and Norrmalm, and here 16 people work. The unit shares management with the Habilitation Center Järva for adults, where 8 people work.
Job Responsibilities:
In your role as a physiotherapist with us, you will work with adult patients who have movement disabilities/multiple disabilities, as well as meet patients with intellectual disabilities and autism. Your work will include functional assessments, treatments, assistive device evaluations, follow-ups, and the establishment of action plans and care plans.
All interventions provided are documented in our journal system TakeCare. We work systematically following a structured care process and use habilitation programs as decision support when planning interventions.
We are looking for:
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with experience in disabilities, preferably within the disabilities included in the Habilitation & Health mission.
You are an initiative-taking person, interested in development, and engaged in finding solutions based on the patient's focus. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and take personal responsibility for planning, developing, and driving patient work forward in a structured manner. Since the unit shares management with the Habilitation Center Järva for adults, we also see that you are flexible in your working methods as the units support each other around patients and interventions.
You have good computer skills and experience working with digital meeting tools as some meetings are held remotely. With us, you need to be able to collaborate and be driven by collegial learning as you work closely with other professional categories in your unit.

Qualifications:
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience working with children with autism and habilitation is an advantage. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You enjoy collaboration while being able to work independently. You are structured and good at planning and documenting. Prioritizing and clearly communicating about your assignment is natural for you. At the same time, you are flexible to change your planning according to the needs of the organization. You are creative, have good initiative, and can handle a fast-paced work environment. We place great emphasis on good collaboration skills and personal suitability.
About the organization:
Habilitation & Health is part of the Stockholm County Council (SLSO) within Region Stockholm. We are a knowledge organization that conducts our own research and development and operates several specialized units. We consist of around 700 employees and 30 clinics in Stockholm County.
