The Health and Social Care Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities and is responsible for regulatory activities according to current legislation. The administration operates within elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, family support, and regulatory activities. All work is performed with the resident in focus based on the value foundation: respect, participation, trust, and security. Together we make each other better and work to achieve the vision of quality of life throughout life for the Health and Social Care Administration. The Health and Medical Care Organization (HSO) provides health and medical care in Sigtuna municipality's special accommodations, LSS, and social psychiatry in Märsta and Sigtuna.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want an exciting job with both development opportunities and variety? As a nurse in the municipality's Health and Medical Care Organization, you have the opportunity to contribute to development and quality work and work with many different patient groups. You lead health and medical care efforts and nursing work together with your colleagues, which consist of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists stationed at each accommodation. You have close collaboration with the responsible medical organization and follow up on the residents' health status.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of experience in the profession and preferably experience in elderly care or municipal health and medical care. It is an advantage if you have a specialist education and experience working with the BPSD registry and Senior Alert. A B driver's license is required.

Our work is team-based so that everyone's competencies contribute to the health and well-being of the residents. Therefore, we are looking for someone with good collaboration skills. We also see that you are stable and maintain a realistic perspective even in stressful situations. You have a good demeanor, are responsible, and take initiative and see opportunities in changes.
