The clinic is located in Östermalm. We are a digiphysical health center with about 30 employees responsible for our more than 12,450 registered patients. Our ambition is to provide high-quality care with the best possible accessibility and service for all ages.

We are now looking for you who are a district nurse/nurse and want a varied position with both clinic work and home care work. You will work in a rotating four-week schedule at the clinic and in home care. You will work closely with your colleagues and become an important player for the entire health center and our patients.

The clinic work involves working with telephone advice and regular clinic tasks. At the clinic, you also have the opportunity to work in our digital chat. There is also the possibility of remote work during the periods you work at the clinic.

In home care, you are responsible for an area together with another colleague. The home care team includes coordinators, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and a geriatrician. Our home care patients live nearby, and you will reach them by bike, walking, or bus.

We are looking for you who are a district nurse or nurse and are confident in both person and profession and have a patient-focused approach. We prefer that you have a few years of experience in the profession. You have the ability to adapt to different situations and changing circumstances. You are structured and can plan and organize work effectively. You have a solid interest and great understanding of this type of operation. If you have worked in home care before, it is an advantage.
