Production Planner at Valmet in Karlstad!
With us, you will have a role where you coordinate and prepare manufacturing processes and contribute to structure and clarity in the organization. You collaborate with many functions within the organization and serve as support for both internal teams and external partners. You work closely with production and ensure that each step is prepared, structured, and coordinated. If you enjoy being the cohesive link in a dynamic environment, this is the right place for you.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and planning of pre-assembly and manufacturing, ensuring that the right materials reach production on time
- Cross-functional work to ensure smooth workflows
- Collaboration with suppliers and Valmet Service to support ongoing projects
- Administrative support to production to ensure efficient daily operations
- Development of processes and working methods within Valmet's organization
Qualifications
- Experience reading technical drawings and working on projects in a production-related environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in ERP systems; experience with Infor LN is an advantage
- Experience from the manufacturing industry; knowledge of RCCP is a plus
