We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner for a company in Vårgårda. Start is immediate, a 14-month temporary assignment to begin with.

Overall Responsibilities

• The Advanced Supply Chain Planner is responsible for ensuring that planning, execution, and follow-up occur within the supply chain to meet customer needs and achieve business goals, both in the long and short term. For example, through Short-term and SIOP.

• Independently drive internal and external meetings to ensure delivery capability, report status, and act as an escalation point for customer and/or supplier-related escalations.

• For example, customer and supplier meetings as well as kanban and buffer level reviews.

• Identify, initiate, and drive improvements and deviations across the entire supply chain based on fact-based analyses.

Responsibilities

• Actively work to achieve the department's goals regarding cost, quality, and delivery reliability.

• Maintain and develop the department's tools such as All parts, short-term, Compass.

• Contribute to effective phasing in and out of products and items and, if necessary, handle customer and/or supplier issues related to this.

• Identify, initiate, and drive competence development activities, act as a mentor for colleagues.

• Escalate risks such as safety, financial impact, delivery impact, and deviations in material plans.

• Perform and ensure an efficient and purposeful working method in customer portals.

• Identify, develop, and implement standards and work instructions within the area of responsibility. These are regularly developed to ensure the effectiveness of processes.

• Ensure that master data in the area is correct in the planning system and is continuously maintained.

This is a 100% consultant assignment via Incluso in Vårgårda. Start is IMMEDIATE, 14 months DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT temporary assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 100% on-site in Vårgårda.
