Do you want to help develop the future of water and wastewater facilities? We are looking for a PLC programmer who wants to contribute both to investment projects and daily operations. Right now, several exciting initiatives are underway – including a new wastewater treatment plant where you will be highly involved. About the role As a PLC programmer, your mission is to develop, configure, and commission control systems for our water and wastewater facilities. You will be involved in investment projects where you contribute your technical expertise from requirements specification to specifications and documentation for new equipment. You handle troubleshooting and repairs and ensure that our systems function as they should. Furthermore, you are also responsible for creating and updating documentation, such as electrical drawings, functional descriptions, data sheets, manuals, and routines.

The assignment means that you are involved in the entire chain, from planning to assembly, connection, and commissioning of new control cabinets and facilities in the area. You handle urgent operational disturbances as they arise and analyze existing processes with the goal of identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting more efficient solutions. On-call duty may be included in the assignment.

Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in automation programming, preferably from water and wastewater, energy, process, or manufacturing industries. You have good knowledge of PLC and SCADA/DCS and are used to working systematically with documentation. If you also have experience with El-CAD, it is an advantage but not a requirement.
