Do you want to work with distribution in clinical trials at one of the Nordic region's most reputable players in the pharmaceutical field? Jefferson Wells is now looking for a meticulous and self-directed employee for a consulting assignment with the company in Mölnlycke - starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of the year.

Make a difference in the distribution chain - here is your role

In this role, you will be an important part of the company's operations regarding the distribution of clinical trials. You are responsible for ensuring that the right materials are packed, documented, and shipped on time according to established procedures and regulatory requirements. The work consists of receiving, inventory management, order picking, labeling, and deliveries - with clear instructions and high-quality standards. You follow given processes and work meticulously to ensure that each step in the flow is performed correctly, while also maintaining regular contact with internal functions. SAP is used as a central system support in the work.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You thrive in a structured, quality-conscious environment and are used to taking responsibility for your own work. You can follow clear instructions, work just as well independently as with others, and understand the importance of precision in every step. The role suits you if you have good communication skills in both Swedish and English and preferably previous experience from pharmacy work or similar environments. It is worth noting that part of the work takes place in a cold room at 2 - 8 degrees a couple of times a week in shifts of 10 - 20 minutes.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Experience from pharmacy or pharmaceutical-related work is an advantage
• Experience with SAP is desirable
• Meticulous, self-directed, and comfortable following standardized procedures
