Our unit is responsible for the municipality's properties, ranging from schools and housing to nursing homes and offices. We manage approximately 90,000 m² of premises and about 480 apartments.

You will work in a team on the Property side where we currently have 2 craftsmen, 4 property caretakers, 1 operations technician, and 3 on the administrative side.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As our colleague is retiring, we are looking for a new property caretaker.

Our unit is responsible for the municipality's properties, and the tasks vary, but primarily it involves operations and maintenance included in the position. For example, addressing reported issues and conducting rounds in properties.

Since the department works in many different areas of responsibility, you are open to also assist in other areas.

On-call duty is included in the position, and you will be part of a rotating schedule with your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has relevant documented education or equivalent work experience for the position.

It is advantageous if you have education in electrical, construction, ventilation, or HVAC.

A valid B driver's license is required.

As a person, you are social, responsible, and structured.
