As Team Leader Fish/Delicacies, you will:

• Work with personnel management, personal sales, processing, restocking, purchasing, planning, and follow-up.
• Work sales- and results-oriented by making profitable deals.
• Actively work in the store, which requires you to be creative and inspired by meeting and developing other people.
• Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inviting fish and delicacies department.
• Together with your colleagues in the department, contribute to a pleasant, efficient, and sales-oriented work environment.

You report to the Sales Manager Fresh Products, who also has personnel responsibility for the department.

Our stores are open every day of the year, so working evenings and weekends is a natural part of store work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a great interest in food/fresh products and enjoys, and preferably has experience in, personal sales over the counter.
• Has relevant education.
• Has extensive experience working with fresh fish and delicacies.
• Experience working with fresh fish in retail and/or as a chef/cold food preparer is an advantage.
• Has previous experience in a leadership position and knows what it means to lead a team.
• Is a team player and is passionate about delivering great customer service.
