ChopChop Sundsvall is looking for a new addition to the team. We are seeking someone who wants to grow personally and experience the charm that the industry has to offer. We are now looking for a motivated and driven Shift Leader for a 75% position.

Who is ChopChop?

ChopChop is Scandinavia's first drive-thru restaurant focused on Asian cuisine. Our first restaurant opened in Eskilstuna in 2011, and since then we have opened many more across Sweden. We offer our guests a better alternative to today's fast food along the roads, in a quick and accessible way.

Our goal is to break the image of traditional fast food and redefine the entire experience for our customers. We achieve this by using the best quality ingredients and providing our guests with a calm and pleasant environment for a stress-free visit.

Job Description.

As the company expands, we need more driven individuals and are hereby seeking potential shift leaders who love the service industry and can offer outstanding service! You should be a natural leader with good communication skills! A bad attitude is contagious; therefore, your mindset is crucial for both you and your team! Lead the team to always perform at 110%! We are looking for people with the right passion!

Working as a shift leader at ChopChop means:

• ensuring operations during your shift.
• being responsible for the workflow for both service and kitchen.
• actively leading and motivating your colleagues!
• having an eye for detail and being a problem solver during your shift.
• constantly working to achieve the restaurant's sales goals during your shift.
• assisting the restaurant manager with administrative tasks delegated to you, such as orders, sick leave notifications, schedules, etc.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a positive person.
• is a natural leader.
• is service-minded.
• is willing to develop and learn new things!

Experience: 2 years of experience in the service industry

Each restaurant has specific daily routines and rules that must be followed, but all strive for the same goals - to show respect for each other, work as a team, and help with the tasks at the workplace.
