New Barista Wanted at Espresso House in Birsta

Espresso House is opening a new Coffee Shop in Birsta and we are looking for new baristas who want to be part of the team!

As a Barista at Espresso House, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be part of a fantastic team where you have fun behind the bar while creating profitability. Your primary task is to offer our guests a coffee experience that exceeds their expectations! In addition to handling the coffee machine and grinder, the job includes cash register work, preparation of sandwiches and salads, dishwashing, and other common tasks in the café.

Don’t have a Barista education? No worries! We train all our new employees to become baristas! To start working as a Barista, you must be at least 18 years old; if you are younger, you can instead apply for the position of HOST. Working hours vary between days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old and ready to step behind the bar!
• Is a cheerful and wonderful person with an energy that spreads to both guests and colleagues and is passionate about providing excellent service!
• Is competitive, proactive, and driven by sales
• Takes pride in the brand you work for and sees a future in the service industry
