We need to strengthen our reception team with YOU!

We are looking for someone who is:

Cheerful & positive, easily meets people. You are mature and confident in making your own decisions, with a focus on solving problems & going the extra mile for our guests. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks.

You can work both independently & as part of our reception team. You are structured and meticulous in your work. You have previous experience in the hotel industry.

References are required. You must be able to get to work on your own, as there is no bus service. You speak & have a good understanding of both Swedish & English, in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

Previous experience with the booking system Techotel Picasso.

Experience in Bar & Restaurant.

Experience working in the hotel industry.

Availability to cover night shifts if needed.

References are required.

Job Responsibilities:

Your main task is to greet guests, answer questions via email and phone, and manage bookings.

Working Hours:

Working hours are varied morning and afternoon shifts, weekdays, and every other weekend.

75% position with a start date that suits you.
