Your Responsibilities

As a production technician, you will have the opportunity to perform the following tasks:

Program machining of new products: You will program new products for machining in CNC machines using EdgeCam. During the development of new products, you will work with your colleagues to influence the design to facilitate the machining process.
Run-in new products: You will be responsible for running in new products and releasing them for series production. This may involve machine operation of products you have programmed yourself or supporting your colleagues at the machine to run in new products.
Design and manufacture fixtures: You will draw up and program the machining of fixtures for the new products you develop. In dialogue with colleagues, you will create a solution optimized for machining the detail well.
Assist with other technical projects: You will support the technical department in its work to continuously develop and streamline existing products in production and influence other technical projects.

Your Profile

You spend time following up and achieving goals, are a responsive and unpretentious person who enjoys solving problems and taking on challenges together with your colleagues. You can take your own initiatives and communicate well with customers and colleagues. You can read drawings and have worked with CAD/CAM software; knowledge of Solidworks and EdgeCam is an advantage as these are the programs we use for drawing and programming.
