Property Caretaker / Property Worker – Stockholm County (Full-time)

We are looking for a property caretaker/property worker for work in Stockholm County. The position is full-time and involves ongoing maintenance, supervision, and minor maintenance work in properties, as well as daily contact with tenants.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of property caretaker/property worker, you will work with:

• Supervision of properties and common areas
• Handling of maintenance requests
• Minor repairs and maintenance work
• Service tasks in properties according to work orders
• Contact with tenants and daily interactions
• Documentation and reporting of completed work

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday from 07:00–16:00

Workplace

• Stockholm County

Requirements

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Driver's license (B)
• At least 2 years of experience as a property caretaker, property worker, or similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good service skills, as the job involves daily contact with tenants
• The ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly

Meritorious

• Practical experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work (basic level)
• Experience with digital maintenance request/work order systems
