Together, we make a difference, and we are currently looking for someone to work in customer service during the summer. There are good opportunities to continue with additional working hours after the summer employment has ended.
About the Role
Our department consists of customer service representatives, communicators, office, and quality managers. We strive to make it easy and quick for our customers to get help both digitally and in person, focusing on competence and quick feedback. Together, we make a difference, and we are currently looking for someone to work in customer service during the summer. There are good opportunities to continue with additional working hours after the summer employment has ended.
In this role, you will work on behalf of all three companies within Geab and handle customer contact via phone, email, and customer visits at the office. Your tasks include:
- Receiving and handling customer requests and needs via phone and email.
- Providing advice on contract issues and finding solutions based on the customer's needs.
- Working to resolve customer issues at the first point of contact.
- Handling invoice inquiries, deferrals, and payments.
- Proactive sales.
This summer job offers a chance to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a customer-facing role within the energy industry. You will gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, and administration, providing a solid foundation for future job opportunities.
This role is based in our newly renovated office in Visby.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- You are over 18 years old.
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and preferably have knowledge of English.
- You have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the Office suite.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
